What counts as a client account
One client account is one business you report on, no matter how many data sources sit behind it or how many reports you send them.
Worked example one
A retailer with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify and Klaviyo connected, receiving a weekly summary and a monthly report. Five sources, two schedules — one client account.
Worked example two
A group with three separate brands, each with its own ad accounts and its own report going to a different marketing manager. Three client accounts.

Billing is monthly in advance, in US dollars, on the date you started. VAT is added where applicable.
Cancel at any time. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, scheduled sends stop after that, and you keep 30 days of export access.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply next month.
