Every client. Every number. One map.

KPI Atlas exists because reporting is the least valuable and most repeated task in an agency, and because the tools that automated it made the agency look like a reseller.

Why this exists

We ran client reporting inside an agency for years. The numbers were never the hard part — the assembly was. Two days a month spent moving figures between screens, and the actual thinking squeezed into the last hour before the call.

Existing tools solved the assembly and then put their own logo on the result. That is backwards. The report is the most visible thing an agency produces; it should look like the agency made it.

Who builds it

A small team split between Dubai and London, from agency operations and data engineering backgrounds. We are deliberately not saying how many of us there are or how much we have raised, because neither tells you whether your reports will go out on the 1st.

What we will say: support is answered by people who have built client reports by hand, and every roadmap decision starts from a request an agency actually sent us.

On data ownership

Your clients' data belongs to your clients, and your relationship with it belongs to you. We process it to produce the reports you configure. We do not sell it, we do not build benchmarks from it, and we do not train anything on it. You can export or delete any account's data at any time.

On not competing with you

We do not offer media buying, SEO, or any service an agency sells. We will never contact your clients, and your client list is not a lead list. The white-label is not a feature we might quietly reverse — it is the product.
