Terms of service
The agreement between your agency and KPI Atlas, stated as plainly as the subject allows.
Last updated 1 September 2026
Note: this text is a structured draft and is pending legal review before launch. It is not yet a binding agreement.
1. The agreement
These terms govern use of the KPI Atlas service by the organisation that creates an account and by every user it authorises. Creating an account accepts them on behalf of that organisation.
2. The service
KPI Atlas retrieves data from third-party marketing platforms the customer authorises, and renders and delivers reports according to the customer's configuration.
Availability of any individual data source depends on that platform's API. Where a platform changes or withdraws access, we will restore or replace the connection where reasonably possible and will state clearly where we cannot.
3. Accounts and access
The customer is responsible for the actions of its users, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for ensuring it has authority to connect each client account it adds.
Team seats are unlimited. Client portal users may view only what the customer grants them.
4. Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars, based on the number of client accounts. Exceeding a plan's allowance is billed at the plan's per-account rate for the period concerned.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Taxes are added where applicable.
5. Cancellation
Either party may terminate at any time. Customer cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; scheduled deliveries stop then, and export access continues for 30 days.
We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that threatens the security of the service, with notice where practicable.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempt to access other customers' data, no reverse engineering, no resale of the underlying platform other than as a white-labelled report to the customer's own clients, and no use that breaches a connected platform's own terms.
7. Intellectual property
KPI Atlas retains all rights in the platform. The customer retains all rights in its own data, its branding and the report content it produces. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that reported figures reconcile exactly with a third-party platform's own interface, where that platform applies its own attribution, sampling or restatement.
9. Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms on 30 days' notice for changes that materially affect customers. Continued use after that date accepts the change.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the parties submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
